Day 21 - The Cast Comes Off

My daughter's cast was finally removed today, and the k-wires from her arm. She and my wife went to the hospital to get it all sorted and braved the Coronavirus landscape. Brave on all fronts, had to be done, and glad her arm is free again.

There will be some exercises and time before she can move it like she used to, but we'll get there together!

We've been doing Joe Wicks each morning, it turns out I am hugely unfit, and now everything hurts. But it's good fun, and I may end up fitter than I have ever been!

 I came down this morning to find one of our cats had been investigating the fire place. Sweet little paw prints showing their escape!
